* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southeastern Callahan County in west central Texas... Northern Coleman County in west central Texas... * WHEN...Until 500 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 205 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain of 1 to 2 inches due to thunderstorms in the advisory area, with additional rainfall of up to an inch possible. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Cross Plains, Novice, Silver Valley, Burkett, Rowden, Glen Cove, Talpa, Us-283 Near The Coleman-Callahan County Line, Lake Coleman and Echo. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
