The National Weather Service in Omaha/Valley NE has issued a Fire Weather Watch. * WHAT...South winds 23 to 33 mph with peak gusts up to 49 mph, Relative Humidity as low as 21 percent. * WHERE...A portion of northeast Nebraska. * WHEN...From Thursday morning through Thursday evening. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
