La Moine River at Colmar affecting Hancock and McDonough Counties. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...La Moine River at Colmar. * WHEN...From Thursday afternoon to late Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 24.0 feet, Water affects a few houses near the McDonough and Schuyler county line. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:45 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 12.7 feet and rising rapidly. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 23.6 feet early Friday afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Sunday morning. - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
