Description:<br />
At 1010 PM CDT, Doppler radar rainfall estimates indicate that<br />
between 1.25 and 1.80 inches of rain has fallen across portions of<br />
Winnebago and far northwest Boone counties over the past two hours.<br />
This is in addition to in excess of two inches of rain which<br />
occurred across the area Tuesday evening.
HAZARD...Flash flooding.
