* At 1015 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from
over East Carondelet to over Olympian Village, or along a line from
near St. Louis to 6 miles south of Festus, moving east at 45 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. These storms are capable of producing damaging winds.
Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. Seek shelter
immediately in an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built
structure.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 1200 AM CDT for portions of
southwest Illinois and east central Missouri.
