Description:
At 1004 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 7 miles southeast
of Clareton, or 27 miles southwest of Newcastle, moving east at 20
MPH.
HAZARD...60 MPH wind gusts and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Mainly rural areas of South Central Weston County.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.
