Description: 
At 824 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 11 miles southwest of Chugwater, or 28 miles south of Wheatland, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Chugwater. This includes Interstate 25 in Wyoming between mile markers 39 and 55.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. This storm may intensify, so be certain to monitor local radio stations and available television stations for additional information and possible warnings from the National Weather Service. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM MDT for southeastern Wyoming.
