* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...West Central Hot Springs County in central Wyoming... Extreme Southern Park County in central Wyoming... This includes the South Fork of Wood River, Gooseberry Creek, and the headwaters of Grass Creek. * WHEN...Until 515 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 208 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.8 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. This is falling on already saturated grounds from previous days. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
