* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northwestern Hot Springs County in central Wyoming... This advisory is along the Grass Creek in far western Hot Springs County. * WHEN...Until 600 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 255 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This is causing small stream flooding. Rapid river rises have already caused minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
