South Central Outagamie County in northeastern Wisconsin... * Until 1245 PM CDT. * At 1159 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located over Appleton, moving southeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...Tornado and three inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely. * This tornado will be near... Appleton, Menasha, Kimberly and Little Chute around 1200 PM CDT. Darboy and Kaukauna around 1205 PM CDT. Northern Lake Winnebago and High Cliff State Park around 1210 PM CDT. Central Lake Winnebago around 1215 PM CDT. Chilton around 1225 PM CDT.
