miles west of Winfield, moving southeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Winfield, Hurricane, Milton, Eleanor, Ona, Culloden, Teays Valley,
Athalia, and Green Bottom.
