Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of southeast West Virginia, including the
following county, Greenbrier.
* WHEN...Until 1245 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Rises in small streams. Water over roadways. Some
low-water crossings may become impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1132 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain has exited
Greenbrier County, leaving only light spotty showers.
However, between 1 and locally 4 inches of rain fell earlier
this evening, resulting in heavy runoff that quickly filled
small creeks and drainages. Some of these small creeks have
been reported out of their banks this evening, causing flash
flooding of nearby roads near the town of Rupert.

Boulder Run, Big Run, Big Clear Creek, Burdette Creek, Beech
Run, Back Creek, Anthony Creek, Burns Run, Beaver Creek,
Boggs Creek, Brushy Lick, Boggs Run and Cold Knob Fork.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Be
especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

including mudslides or flooded roads, to the National Weather
