...RED FLAG WARNING FOR STRONG WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY SATURDAY FOR MUCH OF THE INLAND NORTHWEST... * Affected Area: Western Columbia Basin (Zone 707). * Winds: Southwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. * Relative Humidities: 15 to 21 percent. * Impacts: Strong winds and low humidity Saturday may lead to very rapid fire spread with any new or ongoing fires.
Instruction: 
A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now....or will shortly. A combination of strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior.
