...WINDY AND BREEZY WITH CRITICAL RELATIVE HUMIDITY SATURDAY... .Windy conditions will develop with overlapping low relative humidity values Saturday across the Columbia Basin and Eastern Wallowa County. The National Weather Service in Pendleton has issued a Fire Weather Watch for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from Saturday morning through Saturday evening. * AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 693 Southeast Washington Grande Ronde Valley. * TIMING...From Saturday morning through Saturday evening. * WINDS...West 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 19 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
