Counties, Lowlands of Lewis and Southern Thurston Counties,
Lowlands of Pierce and Southern King Counties, Olympia and Southern
Puget Sound, and Willapa and Black Hills.
* WHEN...Until noon PDT today.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
