Description:
At 842 AM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Greenwood to 10 miles north of Star Tannery to 7
miles southwest of Wardensville, moving east at 60 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Damaging winds will cause some trees and large branches to
fall. This could injure those outdoors, as well as damage
homes and vehicles. Roadways may become blocked by downed
trees. Localized power outages are possible. Unsecured
light objects may become projectiles.
Locations impacted include...
Wardensville, Capon Bridge, Yellow Spring, Gravel Springs, High View,
Harmony, Wilde Acres, Perry, Delray, Cross Junction, Baker, Rock Enon
Springs, Rio, Gore, Whitacre, Capon Springs, Timber Ridge, Mccauley,
and Lehew.
Instruction:

building.
