Description:
At 133 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Claytor Dam, or
just south of Radford, moving east-southeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...up to 60 mph wind gusts.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect wind damage to trees.

Claytor Dam...
Childress...
and Claytor Lake State Park.
Instruction:
Prepare for DAMAGING WINDS. For your safety, move to an interior
room on the lowest floor of a sturdy building. Stay away from
windows.
