Bumpass, or 9 miles east of Mineral, moving southeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Ashland and Randolph Macon College around 520 PM EDT.
