Description:
At 859 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Kilmarnock to near Urbanna to near
Stevensville. Movement was southeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small trees and blow around
unsecured objects. Wind impacting handling of high profile
vehicles. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.

Kilmarnock, Urbanna, King And Queen Court House, White Stone,
Saluda, Church View, and Little Plymouth around 905 PM EDT.
West Point and Glenns around 915 PM EDT.
Shacklefords around 920 PM EDT.
Deltaville and Hartfield around 925 PM EDT.
Other locations impacted by these storms include Eltham, Byrdton,
Croaker, Beulah, Moon, Laban, Brook Vale, Bertrand, Grafton, and
Amburg.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for
eastern, southeastern and east central Virginia.
