Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of southwest Virginia, including the following
county, Tazewell.
* WHEN...Until 1130 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Some low-water crossings may become impassable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 957 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain moving out of the area. Still some poor
drainage areas may flood in the advisory area.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Dry Fork, Beech Fork, Big Creek, Bluestone River, Clinch
River and East Fork Cove Creek.
