Description: 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of west central Virginia, including the following county, Bath. * WHEN...Until 600 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 401 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. - Rain amounts of 0.5 to 2 inches are expected over the area within a brief period of time. This rain will runn-off quickly and may result in minor flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
