expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal
waterways.
* WHERE...Portions of east central, eastern and southeast
Virginia.
* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 3 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Shallow flooding is possible in the most vulnerable
locations near the waterfront and shoreline.
Instruction:
Do not drive through flooded roadways.
