expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal
waterways.
* WHERE...Surry, James City, Newport News, Hampton/Poquoson,
Isle of Wight, Norfolk and Portsmouth Counties, and Chesapeake
and Suffolk.
* WHEN...This evening.
* IMPACTS...Shallow flooding is possible in the most vulnerable
locations near the waterfront and shoreline.
Instruction:
Do not drive through flooded roadways.
