Description:
At 419 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles northeast of
Knolls, or 42 miles northwest of Grantsville, moving northeast at 30
mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Weather Station Observed. At 410 PM MDT a wind gust of
59 mph was reported on Interstate 80 at Knolls.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Knolls and Utah Test and Training Range North.
This includes Interstate 80 in Utah between mile markers 34 and 62.
