Description:
At 126 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 10
miles south of Big Water, or 49 miles east of Kanab, moving northeast
at 20 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of southeastern Kane
County.
This includes US Route 89 between mile markers 0 and 3.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
