Description:
At 824 AM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 13
miles southwest of Ibapah, or 27 miles southeast of Lages Junction,
moving northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Ibapah, Utah Test and Training Range South, and Callao.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
