Description: 
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northern Utah, including the following county, Salt Lake...specifically for Bluffdale and surrounding terrain to the south. * WHEN...Until 715 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry washes. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 617 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.25 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Bluffdale.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Stay away or be swept away. River banks and culverts can become unstable and unsafe.
