At 249 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Grandfalls, or
17 miles south of Monahans, moving northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
Locations impacted include...
Monahans, Grandfalls, Royalty, and Imperial Reservoir.
This includes Interstate 20 near mile marker 83.
Instruction:

building.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
