* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Southeastern Potter County in the panhandle of Texas...
Central Randall County in the panhandle of Texas...
* WHEN...Until 445 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. It
will take several hours for all the water from these storms to work
through local drainage systems in urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 209 PM CDT, Flooding in some areas is still occurring.

Amarillo, Canyon, Lake Tanglewood, Mescalero Park and Timbercreek
Canyon.

Instruction:
