For the Neches River...including Neches, Alto, Diboll, Rockland... Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Neches River near Diboll. * WHEN...From Friday afternoon to late Saturday night. * IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding occurs. Expect flooded boat ramps and trails. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:15 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 10.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage early Friday afternoon to a crest of 12.1 feet Friday evening. It will then fall below flood stage Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 12.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 12.1 feet on 05/21/1956. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
