Hunting cabins, oil field tanks and pumps are affected, and livestock become isolated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:30 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 12.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 11.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage Sunday afternoon and continue rising to a crest of 15.9 feet late Tuesday night into early Wednesday morning. - Flood stage is 14.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
