Navasota River Near Easterly affecting Leon and Robertson Counties. * WHAT...Major flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Navasota River near Easterly. * WHEN...Until Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS...At 26.0 feet, Major flooding is expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:00 PM CDT Saturday the stage was 17.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this evening to a crest of 26.5 feet tomorrow evening. It will then fall below flood stage Wednesday morning. - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet. - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
