White Rock Creek Near White Rock Creek At Greenville Ave affecting Dallas County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Elm Fork Trinity River near Carrollton. * WHEN...Until this evening. * IMPACTS...At 9.0 feet, Minor flooding will occur upstream from the gage, near the city golf course. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 AM CDT Friday the stage was 7.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 9.3 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late this afternoon. - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet. - Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
