For the Nueces River...including Cotulla, Tilden, Three Rivers, Mathis, Bluntzer, Calallen...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Nueces River near Tilden. * WHEN...From late Sunday night until further notice. * IMPACTS...Impact...At 16.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding occurs. Hunting cabins, oil field tanks and pumps are affected, and livestock become isolated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 8.8 feet. - Bankfull stage is 11.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is forecast to rise to Minor Flood Stage Sunday or Monday due to routed flows from runoff from previous rainfall. The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.8 feet early Tuesday morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
