Inland Brazoria, Inland Galveston, and Inland Matagorda Counties.
* WHEN...Until 1 AM CDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
