* WHERE...Brooks, Inland Kenedy, Southern Hidalgo, Inland
Willacy, Inland Cameron and Northern Hidalgo Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
result.
