* WHAT...North winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.
* WHERE...Brooks, Inland Cameron, Inland Kenedy, Inland Willacy,
Northern Hidalgo, and Southern Hidalgo Counties.
* WHEN...From 1 PM Friday to 7 AM CDT Saturday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The strongest wind gusts are expected Friday
night.
