* WHERE...Houston, Northern Liberty, Polk, San Jacinto, Southern
Liberty, Trinity, and Walker Counties.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
