* WHAT...East to northeast winds 20 to 25 mph with gusts of 35 to 40
mph.
* WHERE...Houston, Northern Liberty, Polk, San Jacinto, Trinity, and
Walker Counties.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
Instruction:
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
