northeastern San Angelo, moving south at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
San Angelo, Goodfellow Air Force Base, and Harriet.
