Description:
At 247 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms
across the southern Texas Panhandle, moving southeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Amarillo, Hereford, Canyon, Lake Tanglewood, Mescalero Park, Buffalo
Lake, Dawn, Wayside, Umbarger, Palo Duro Canyon, and Timbercreek
Canyon.
This includes Interstate 27 between mile markers 91 and 116.
Instruction:
