At 1159 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong thunderstorm outflow winds along a line extending from 4 miles south of Petersburg to Slide to 4 miles southeast of Brownfield. Movement was southeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Lubbock, Brownfield, Slaton, Tahoka, Wolfforth, Idalou, Ralls, Lorenzo, Ransom Canyon, O'Donnell, Grassland, New Moore, Cone, Caprock, Lubbock International Airport, and Southland.
