* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of western Texas, including the following county, Hudspeth. * WHEN...Until 245 AM MDT. * IMPACTS...Runoff in normally dry arroyos. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1046 PM MDT, Widespread showers with embedded heavier thunderstorms have been affecting rural southern Hudspeth County. This will likely result in inundated arroyos and low water crossings across that area through tonight. Quitman Canyon and arroyos crossing FM-192 just south of Fort Quitman have received over an inch of rain. Other areas around Indian Hot Springs Road will also be impacted. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Remain alert for flooding even in locations not receiving rain. Arroyos, streams, and rivers can become raging killer currents in a matter of minutes, even from distant rainfall.
