* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southern Fisher County in west central Texas... Central Nolan County in west central Texas... * WHEN...Until 100 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1054 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sweetwater, Maryneal, Longworth, Camp Boothe Oaks, Gannon, Busby and Capitola. - This includes Interstate 20 between Mile Markers 239 and 254. This includes the following Low Water Crossings... IH 20 frontage roads crossing Plum Creek, IH 20 frontage roads, Bitter Creek crossing Bitter Creek, County Road 180 crossing Oak Creek, County Road 180 crossing Bear Creek and County Road 181 crossing Robertson Creek. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
