* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Western Concho County in west central Texas... Southwestern Runnels County in west central Texas... Tom Green County in west central Texas... * WHEN...Until 1015 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 712 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... San Angelo, Christoval, Miles, Wall, Goodfellow Air Force Base, Vancourt, Veribest, Lake Nasworthy, Mereta, Eola, Twin Buttes Reservoir, O.C. Fisher Reservoir, San Angelo State Park, Lowake, Grape Creek, Harriet, Vick and The Intersection Of Ranch Road 380 And Ranch Road 381. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
