* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southeastern Irion County in west central Texas... Northwestern Schleicher County in west central Texas... Southeastern Tom Green County in west central Texas... * WHEN...Until 700 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 354 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Eldorado, Mertzon, Christoval, Knickerbocker and The Intersection Of Ranch Road 1828 And Ranch Road 915. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
