Description: 
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the following county, Kerr. * WHEN...Until 700 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 307 PM CDT, Between 4 and 12 inches of rain have fallen earlier today. There will be residual areas of flooding of poorly drained areas. Also, due to the severity of the earlier flooding, there could be debris on roadways that could make travel conditions hazardous. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1/2 to 1 inch are possible over the area. This additional rain could result in additional minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Kerrville, Ingram, Hunt, Kerrville-Schreiner Park and Waltonia. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
