Description:
* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Parts of southeastern Hudspeth County in Far West Texas.
* WHEN...Until 415 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos.
Dangerous flows over low-water crossings.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 107 PM MDT, Slow moving thunderstorms have produced
between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain over parts of southeastern
Hudspeth County. This will cause arroyo flooding along
portions of Indian Hot Springs and Bramblett Roads,
especially in the vicinity of Red Light Draw.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
