* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southern Coleman County in west central Texas... * WHEN...Until 600 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 405 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.25 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Coleman, Santa Anna, Gouldbusk, Voss, Valera, Rockwood, Leaday, Trickham, Fisk, Mozelle, Shields and Whon. - This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
