Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Northern Brown County in west central Texas...
Northeastern Coleman County in west central Texas...
* WHEN...Until 130 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Street flooding in the towns in the Advisory area.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1123 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated showers and thunderstorms
moving north across the area with heavy rain. Rainfall amounts of
one half to one inch have already occurred, and an additional 1
to 2 inches is expected. This will result in minor flooding,
especially in low-lying areas and street flooding in the towns in
the advisory area.

Brownwood, Early, Santa Anna, Bangs, Blanket, Grosvenor, Lake
Brownwood Near Thrifty, Byrds, Lake Brownwood, Lake Brownwood
State Park, Cross Cut, Burkett, May, Thrifty, Owens and Echo.

West Main at 8th, Parkway at Vine, Austin Street at Avenue J,
Cordell at Anderson, Texas at Center, Main Street at Adam Branch,
Gifford at Beaver, Austin Street at Avenue G, Belle Plain at
Romines and Vine at Avenue K.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
